Our Ministry

Solace 2 You Ministries, Incorporated is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian religious organization.  We are dedicated to inspiring people who seek spiritual and practical guidance on how to restore inner peace after experiencing life wounds to the soul.

This ministry wants you to have solace, soul comfort from what hurts you, whether self-caused or other caused.  We believe true and lasting comfort of the soul is a two (2) way agreement between the one seeking comfort and the one giving comfort. We believe that when this agreement is with God, the Holy Spirit, true comfort from soul wounds is possible.

Solace 2 You is the result of a 10 year evolution beginning as one on one spiritual encouragement sessions with the Founder, Melissa Richardson when she served as a Christian Lay Counselor and Life Coach to women within the church and outside the church community. From these one on one sessions, a closed confidential small group was formed within the church to meet the needs of women struggling with moving past deep soul wounds. Out of these small groups, the Founder was inspired by God, the Holy Spirit to further expand her passion for coming along the side of others in need of soul care to create Solace 2 You Ministries.  

The ministry is now devoted to inspiring anyone, male or female to move past soul wounds to fullness of life. God, the Father wants this for each person.  God has so richly endowed each person to achieve it because of the sacrificial love of God's Son, Jesus Christ. The only requirement is, accept this gift by faith.

Relying on the core principles of the inspired Word of God (the Holy Bible), many other sound instructional materials, and a range of life experiences, Solace 2 You offers practical and meaningful life applications on how to move past hindrances.  When these applications are applied with faith in God, healing of soul wounds is possible. These applications are taught to groups in workshops, seminars, and life coaching using an array of assessment tools to provide sound biblically based knowledge and practical wisdom to help transform woundedness to purposefulness.  We believe this kind of transformation gives lasting comfort and peace, thereby making it possible to win over internal battles of the soul. The by- product of winning internal battles is clarity about one's self-worth and purpose, which lays the foundation for emotional well-being, spiritual growth, economic empowerment and quality relationship.
